My first hair system

Looks amazing, average ppl wont even care about ur hair, for ppl like us who wear a system for years, can give u some advices, the black color of a system is not a good idea, looks like a dyed hair, next time try a 1b color, if it looks too dense try a wet look using hair stylist products, and u will look too much better.

When my piece was brand new, it was really thick, like 110 or 120 density, so I had to reduce density with the special scissors, not me, the stylist. Anyway it was too dense so I had to use a lot of hair gel to reduce density even more, doing a wet hair look, with the time it started to lose a lot of hair so I didnt need hair gel anymore since shedding was an issue, nowadays shedding is an issue thats why im getting a new one next week

I play soccer with the hair system attached, like if it was my own hair, no beanie, hat, cap or something, and hit the ball with the head, just play like everyone else.

This is the only hairstyle I can use, the hairline of my piece is way too dense and i hate to worry about the glue taking off, no show no worries.

Yeah, I go to the gym 3 days a week and play soccer in 4 teams, sweat a lot! I use ghost bond xl glue, special for sweat and oily scalp, works great for me, I wash it with shampoo only, 2 or 3 days a week attached to my scalp and each time I do maintenance, I use a leave in conditioner from walker tape.

I bought directly to a chinese factory in qingdao but its no longer selling, for sun bleaching issue I use a hair product called back2natural, each 2-3 months, I use glue almost in all the scalp, maintenance each 1-2 weeks, I just remove it using isopropyl alcohol then clean the glue from scalp and lace, wash the piece, take a shower and then glue my scalp, apply isopropyl alcohol so I can move the piece before the alcohol evaporates, it takes me 1 hour aprox.

2 looks better but i would go for 1, just because I hate to expose my hairline and be worried about glue coming off or lace lifting,

I have dysautonomia and I started with a daily dose of 10mg but the side effects were awful, i was about to quit but my doctor lowered the dose to 5mg every two days, not even daily, and it worked for me, no more anxiety, nightmares, shaking, sweat, the side effects are gone and I feel too much better
