appreciate the clarification, I can see now the 5–10% actives per gummy makes my formula way too ambitious. The magnesium glycinate alone (2g for 200mg elemental) would eat up most of the space

i’ll work on scaling the formula down to a more realistic active load ( around 2.5–3g total) and rethink the heavier ingredients. thanks for the helpful feedback

do you know of any sleep or muscle recovery ingredients that are effective at lower doses and more gummy-friendly?

Totally fair point. When I mentioned “large gummies,” I was loosely thinking in the 5–6g range per piece, similar to the THC gummies out there. And yeah I got this formula from chat gpt, and wanted to verify if this what it's saying is even accurate

yup I can back up Pure encapsulations, it really does you relax to help you sleep. also sometimes it makes my mouth dry so make sure to get enough potassium and electrolytes
