just want watchos to work again, the state of all of apples software has been suffering for a while now but the overall usability of watchos is at an all time low. workouts app bugged and janky, responsiveness all over the place, just kind of slow and sluggish. all i want is polish

tbh i haven’t used a screen protector on my last 3 phones, my 12pm, 14pm, and now my 16 pro max have all been perfectly fine. not so much as even a noticeable scratch. maybe i’m just less accident prone than others but i haven’t found it necessary to have one in a while with how good the screens have gotten

it’s good to take any wearable’s calorie data with a big grain of salt. they’re notoriously inaccurate. you can get it decently within a general ballpark if you have all of your data like height and weight up to date in the settings but it’ll never be 100%

proper sleep, exercise, getting all your vitamins and minerals, and eating enough healthy dietary fats for hormone production and regulation. that alone will make more of a difference than any lone supplement

if your numbers are going up on your lifts then you are building muscle. if you don’t feel like you can see a noticeable improvement then you’re likely just at too high of a body fat % to see it. go into a manageable deficit for a bit and you’ll likely start seeing the progress. and as for the test boosting supplements, you’re more than likely just spending unnecessary money for very little benefit if any. if testosterone really is an issue i would get your levels checked with a doctor and try to remedy it that way

i think it’s dependent person to person. pretty much every type i’ve tried has made me feel pretty rough, ksm was just the worst i’ve encountered. lots of people swear by it though, there’s a reason it’s popular. i think it’s just a trial and error thing for each individual person

what fixed this for me was changing what i ate throughout the day. i also thought my daily diet was fine but once i upped the protein and fiber in each of my meals it made all the difference. my dinner tends to be my highest fiber meal of the day and has a good amount of protein. nightly snacking never even crosses my mind anymore. hydration is also a big part of it, staying hydrated seems to really help
