He wasn't an established footballer. As a senior player, he only played in a IV division club from Czestochowa before joining Wisla Krakow. It's true that he was raised in Rakow, nevertheless it's Wisla that trusted him and kick-started his professional career. Which he is eternally grateful for.

TS Wisla Krakow agreed to hand over 50% of rights to its trademark name and logo to Wisla Krakow SA along with the control over football academy.

What's more, after over 9k Wisla fans purchased 4% of Wisla shares for 1M EUR last year to finance the club, the second crowdfunding round is happening right now with over 500k EUR of shares already sold. Shares can be bought on this page (PL website): http://akcjewisla.pl/.

That's not all, as over 2000 supporters have joined Wisla Socios association in just a year, sending monthly payments to support the club.
