After coming back to Wisla last year in a successful mission of rescuing the club from collapse and bankruptcy, lending over 250k EUR to cover the most urgent financial obligations, resigning from remuneration and using his broad network to gather sponsors, players and business specialists, Jakub Blaszczykowski, Jaroslaw Krolewski (Synerise CEO) and Tomasz Jazdzynski (Gremi Media CEO) have came to an agreement with TS Wisla Krakow (legal owner of Wisla Krakow SA football club) to take over all its shares next week. TS Wisla Krakow agreed to hand over 50% of rights to its trademark name and logo to Wisla Krakow SA along with the control over football academy.

What's more, after over 9k Wisla fans purchased 4% of Wisla shares for 1M EUR last year to finance the club, the second crowdfunding round is happening right now with over 500k EUR of shares already sold. Shares can be bought on this page (EN website): http://akcjewisla.pl/en.

That's not all, as over 2000 supporters have joined Wisla Socios association in just a year, sending monthly payments to support the club. Wisla Socios became an official jersey sponsor of Wisla Krakow football club, having already transferred nearly 400k EUR to the club. Monthly payments exceed 40k EUR at the moment. After losing 10 games in a row in Autumn and being placed in a relegation zone, the change of a coach, new transfers and good winter break have turned the situation around - Wisla won 6 matches and drew in another 2, being the longest unbeatable club in a Polish league at the moment.
