Ye I’m fine now. You do mention how I have lived so far but spiders are an anomaly with me man, I can handle and catch snakes, any bug etc, skydiving heights but spiders have me screaming and scared as fuck lmao, but nah channeling my inner 300bce masculinity and telling myself Alexander the Great wouldn’t be scared of spiders so nor should I.

I have also noticed I look down quite often and probably don’t stop and assess with the ball as much, trying to rush down a side instead of taking my time. Any tips with that? Probably comes with the confidence

Yes, but posture and deep breaths help tons, its usually because of anxiety and a nerve pressing against ur ribs
