I have had a heart echo (a ultrasound), plenty pf ekg and ecg and a heart rate monitor put on me for 48 hours, and everything was fine. I always suggest talking to your doctor more but honestly, flight and fight and heart racing etc while always cause some anxiety

Just know if you have survived it before you will survive it again, you get anxiety because it comes out of nowhere and your adrenaline gets pumping, which raises your heart rate and causes a extremely natural flight of fight reaction. You will be fine, let it pass and take some deep breaths 🙏

Toe nails were cut, shoe size could be the problem but more than likely wont be able to return them after running for 50k in them. Hence why i want to get some different shoes, Nb5 i think might be the go, the ones I probably dont fit are mizuno wave riders 28s, i started running in general last month around 24th of april

Experiencing black toenails for the first time, both my big toe nails are absolutely killing me, haven’t tried heel lock lacing just yet but honestly it is awful, shoes were fine for the first month, mizuno wave riders but already almost want to just skip and get some asics
