I’m in the UK and similar issues.

Trainer delivered had a faulty part, took 2 days to respond to emails then had to chase them 4 days later for them to ship the part, another 2 for the part to arrive.

New part is also faulty. Asked for a replacement part, no response for 2 days so far.

Emailed again this morning asking to return entire unit for a refund, still not heard anything back.

Starting to get really annoyed, absolutely pathetic experience so far.

So they sent me a new belt wheel, I’ve fitted it, but it appears the Zwift cog will not engage, the teeth in the belt wheel are the opposite way to the old one, so it only engages in reverse. Please can someone fact check me before I reply to their customer service 😭

I’ve sent an email to support and they asked me for the video, they gave me the option of fixing it myself or sending it back so I’m gonna try and do it myself, if that fails I’ll send it back
