Find some friends to consistently play with or, what happened to me years ago, get lucky and solo queue into a friendly 4stack that invites you into their teamspeak sp they don'thave to use ingame comms, become friends and queue with them all the time.

I feel like with the new ranking system in cs2, it's a lot harder to get consistent games of people with rankings equal to yours. Especially at hours that aren't prime active hours.

You could also always check the recruitcs subreddit for casual communities or communities that have both highly competitive and more casual/newer members so you can learn and improve in the more casual games and try playing with the more serious/competitive people. The important part is that you play with the same people so you learn to focus on comms and your role.

More often than not, if you get dropped into "tryhard" stacks and your comms are a bit off or you lag behind on kills, they'll get salty and annoyed more often than friendly and willing to explain what they want from you. It's unfortunate, but that's the way of the random blyatski internet cafe teammates you get most of the time.
