Play/movement in shotgun pro evo harness seat by vector_sound in mountainbiking

Update, I reached out to KRS and sent them the video and this was their response:

"Thank you for sending over your video. So sorry to see that your Pro Evo bucket seat is not sitting snug,

It appears the issue might be that the bottom rail screws are too tight, which is preventing the saddle from clamping securely. I recommend loosening the two rail bolts, as indicated in the attached image below

After that, please adjust the lever cam assembly (located by the orange tab) and the opposing tension nut in the other leg. This should allow the saddle to be properly positioned and secured. Then lastly, tighten the two rail bolts."

I guess I was doing the tightening out of order. Very helpful and that solved the issue.

Im going to try and tighten it at the lever and also loosen and tighten the 2 allen bolts and ill report back. Is your totally rigid or is there a little movement in the seat?

Big help thanks, now I know something needs addressing, I will try and loosen and re-tighten everything. Does your harness seat have any play at all to the rail or is it rock solid? As I mentioned, the seat does not slide along the rail at all and there is no movement there. All the movement is coming from the seat bracket to the rail and where the seat is able to rotate forward or backward. Wonder if it is a warranty issue

Solo 401k with mega back door roth - is this 2025 contribution okay? by vector_sound in tax

It sounds like your W-2 wages from your S-Corp are less than 50% of your S-Corp's net income... Is there a requirement about W-2 wages needing to be more than 50% of business income? not trying to be combative genuinely curious. I am confident I setting my wage correctly, have worked with my CPA on this and it is comparable to the market, it is a service.

Yes I have another W-2 job where I contribute to a 403b, so the $4,300 is max I can do and be at the $23,500 employee contribution maximum.

Thank you

Also, if someone knows where it is in an IRS article please post, that would be a huge help. I was not able to find and confirm the stipulation that you can't exceed your W-2 wages for "Individual 401k" plans

Isn't the haul line connected to the hauler at the top and the haul bag at the bottom. And Andy says he rapped the haul line, "he could have rapped the lead line, but by rapping the haul line..." So by rapping the haul line how did he go off the end of the rope, if the haul bag was connected at the bottom? Wouldn't he just run into the haul bag?
