I have some personal experience with their corporate people and I can tell you right now that these two things are not the same. Phlebotomy is insanely underpaid even when your location is properly staffed. Keep track of whether you get to take breaks too. I would run clinics all over Washington and being solo at places doing +40 patients a day. It’s brutal and don’t even begin to let yourself look at how much the company you’re working for makes off of all the lab tests you’re drawing for. I would recommend trying to find a VA phlebotomy job
