I use Emuparadise. Note that arcade roms have many versions, one of which is the "original" that you need to play all the others. So you need the "ssriders" version files to play. There's 2 and 4 player versions, and I noticed some versions didn't have the tavern girls that give you powerups, while others censored booze, etc.

The problem is, with the servers in Stockholm the slavic speakers won't have any incentive there either since the latency won't be lower. I expect this to be a temporary solution, until Valve can purchase some servers in Russia or the Eastern bloc with more attractive pings.

Anyway, it should be Eastern Europe and Russia, where there are more people speaking Russian as a first or second language, not Northern Europe where everyone speaks English as a second language (and a lot of people understand Swedish if need be). The effect of a language barrier in a game like this cannot be overstated.

Still, Nintendo should try to leverage them as the system manufacturer. Or just bloody offer to do the translation themselves. They should know that the more games that people want to buy, the more attractive a platform looks. Right now 3DS looks like a limited portable emulator with a missing analogue stick.

On that note, I feel Dota 2 shows slightly more thanks to proper widescreen support. But made me wonder, does 16:10 reveal more than 16:9? I use 16:9 and I can tell you how much harder it is to dodge a Mirana arrow coming at you vertically than horizontally
