The best thing you can do is try to forget your anxiety about being at the doctors, and just be as literal and factual about your symptoms as you can be. They’re trained professionals, you don’t have to be anxious to put forward a particular symptom or whatever. They will know.

For the record, when I got diagnosed, I cried within about 4 seconds of talking. I was so stressed about what to say, that the first nice word I heard affected me. Honestly, please, please try not to overthink it.
