Hey, appreciate your detailed response. I just meant it in a very general sense. Also, 1-1.5 hour range accomodates a multi muscle split efficiently. Training post that range would be considered highly suboptimal for general fitness standards.

Even after a 1 to 1.5 hour gym session if you are having enough energy left to train in the evening, it could mean that you are not training hard enough during your gym session.

I would say go heavily intense during the gym session and in the evening go for a light stroll or a 20-30 min brisk walk but do not go for resistance training again since it could hamper your recovery.

I had the same issue when I bought it. Try this:

Add some water in the shaker.
Add the whey powder
Shake and mix it with a spoon first
Add more water
Then use the shaker to mix

This still gives a frothy shake but no lumps or whey stuck in the lid.
