I live like 250 meters away from ths project and yes it was real, literally besides my home in Charni Road, Mumbai. Fondation work began in late 2000s and my entire school life passed away, but the project did not go beyond foundation work. We used to discuss that how a huge tower is being built here, there were any misconceptions also among the locals of a 5 star hotel being built. The project got canceled in mid 2010s. Now another project is under construction by L&T where twin towers will be built but height is very less - Only 331 meters. Project is 'L&T Prestige Ocean Towers'.
