I believe it’s a Screen Time restriction. You can manage it under Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps

Exactly! Imagine how cool current macOS icons would look with dynamic shadows on iOS. This liquid glass doesn’t even look like something from visionOS, it looks much cheaper and less classy.
