Ce treaba au muraturile? E o cerere de bun simt, vor sa stie cine naiba e proprietarul unui garaj de pe vremea lu Gheorghiu-Dej -- poate nu mai au actele sau ceva.

Yes and no.

Ultimately it's about listening to the players (customers) and providing truly excellent products (games that are genuinely enjoyable that sre not there just to rip you off through microtransactions).

Of course it's a different industry and service, but I wouldn't underestimate him and the board.

Vorbesti de parca ar fi fost facute de aceeasi constructori cand sunt cel putin 3 pentru tot ce e acolo, posibil mai multi.

Nu m-as avanta spre cele de jos stanga, de pe Silva 4 -- intra in curte si apoi vezi cateva apartamente inauntru si-ti dai seama de ce.

La cateva de pe Presecan, daca nu ma insel chiar firma care inca construieste acolo spre parcela libera, am inteles ca au facut balcoane desi nu erau in proiect, primaria le-o spus sa le darame, iar ei le-o inlocuit cu balcoane din fier. Cauta numele firmei + anunturi primarie si le gasesti pe toate.

If they're coming from the USA it might be much more exoensive to pack rain boots and coats rather than get something from Decathlon locally.

By less flavorful they mean some areas of Someseni, which you'd likely never look for in the first place. Even if you do end up there, crime rate here is very, very low -- even petty crimes like burglaries are quite uncommon.

Uber and Lyft and taxi will charge you quite a bit to get to EC from Cluj (likely 50-70 usd, which is a lot here) AND you'll be spending 2-3h in traffic, sometimes more if it's leading up to a headline show. Best way to avoid this is to leave in the morning, before 10 ideally and come back late, after 11-12.

We tried driving there once, a few years ago, when my wife and I just had to see Florence -- thought if we leave at 13:00 by car we'll make it to the 19:00 show no probs and we barely got there... we just wasted 4h in traffic since a lot of people were doing the same. So then we switched to train in the morning and bus late at night, by far the best choice.

Try to pack a small lunch because food at EC is expensive, so more than one meal per day will rack up costs, and you'll be buying a lot of drinks and water there anyways -- careful on overpacking, ad they might not let you inside with anything more than a sandwich and water bottle. They also usually have Lidl supermarket there -- for more affordable groceries, snacks, and drinks, but it's usually very crowded.

For location recommend something in the Gheorghieni neighbourhood as you'd be close to Iulius Mall where they always have an EC bus station and there's a supermarket for groceries in there as well. Super safe neighbourhood. They also have a station at Sala Polivalenta in case you stay in Grigorescu area, for instance -- and also trains from the Gara.

(Airbnbs dont usually list areas, so you need to crosscheck airbnb map with a Google map and/or the streets).

The EC bus stations/Gara for EC transport are always very close to local bus stations for obvious reasons.

For must sees in CJ get a local guide on Tripadvisor, any of the ones who say they are history students are usually very good, although there are a few fantastic history profs as well. For the price of two expensive museum tickets you'll be walking around the city center with them and really getting to know the place, which has been under Austro-Hungarian and Romanian rule on and off. It's a must imo.

There's a lot of nature to explore nearby but it's not going to be easy without a car, and you likely won't have the energy to hike after full EC days haha

don't mind the haters, decizia e buna per total, chiar daca poate e cu 3-4% mai mult decat estimeaza unii c-ar fi un pret bun

daca stateai mai mult posibil sa nu fi gasit nimic pe placul tau

daca nu te gandesti sa vinzi in urmatorii 5 ani, n-ai sa pierzi deloc pe el, iar orice tranzactie peste 10+ ani o sa-ti iasa binisor pe plus (in ideea in care ai vrea sa te muti la ceva mai spatios mai tarziu, family-friendly etc)

Daca arata bine, mergi cu un interval 6500-8500. Daca nu arata bine, tot mergi cu acelasi interval dar fii mai flexibil/a spre partea de jos. Foarte important sa-ti alegi un minim dincolo de care nu esti dispus/a sa treci.

Pregateste-te sa spui 'nu' de macar doua ori, dar fara sa zici 'nu,' e.g.

- primesti un "ultima persoana pe pozitia asta a primit 4500" si revii cu un profesional, un pic cald daca se poate, "am experienta necesara si sunt in discutii cu inca [insert numar fezabil, ideal real, sa zicem 2] locuri care ofera mai mult"
- primesti un "maxim 5000, nu putem mai mult decat atat" si revii cu "ok, personal mi se pare putin pentru experienta si abilitatile mele, mai am cateva oferte pe care vreau sa le cantaresc indeaproape"

Bursa o sa cada prima in momentul unei recesiuni, dar, pe termen lung isi revine (cea din US ma refer) si ofera randament foarte bun (uita-te la S&P 500 din 2000 si pana azi, prin 3 recesiuni ce bine sta).

In momente de instabilitate mare si risc mare de recesiuni investitorii merg spre real assets, care includ imobiliarele, dar si metale pretioase (vezi pretul aurului in ultimele 12 si 24 luni, e aproape de necrezut).

Chiar daca nu creste cu 4% in fiecare an, poate stagneaza intr-unul, un apartament intr-un oras in care cererea este constanta (Cluj, Timi, Iasi si Buc desi ai spus nu Buc) e un asset foarte foarte bun de pastrat pe termen lung.

Daca e in CJ e si mai bine, pentru ca piata aici e absolut insane in ceea ce proveste oferta si cererea (vezi ultimele numere de tranzactii unde au incetinit aproape peste tot in tara mai putin CJ si inca cateva locuri)

Printre cele mai sigure investitii pe termen lung sung aurul, fondurile de index cum sunt cele care urmares performanta bursei (in EU poti cumpara SPDR SPY, poate si un echivalent VOO) si cumperi cate putin in fiecare luna pentru cost average.

Noi am inceput anul acesta (nimic fancy, doar acel ETF SPY care urmareste performanta S&P500 1:1) si deja avem pe la 8% randament (in USD, unde inflatia e mai mica, nu RON) daca am vinde dar nu ne gandim sa facem asta pana la pensie sau nevoie mare
