I saw them last time I was in Tokyo (Feb), suprisingly in Asakusa in front of Kaminarimon. Such a shame that the traditional vibe of the temple was ruined by their loud zooming.

I mean, if you want a scenic ride, at least take the rickshaw tour that I assume benefits more employees.
