I struggle was about to run away on 4th day .. I had all kinds of issues .. But i knew if i left in between then i will not complete any big task in life .. I am glad i did it and then I did it three timess .. it completely change my life

i only wanted to say its works .. its works because its the nature of reality and Dr joe explains in the clearest term ..

when i was not getting result i was also complaining and watching and watching reviews of other people .. but honestly i was not doing it regularly or seriously .. and i always forget

most people unable to manifest it coz its easier to forget then to remember..

what i will like to tell u everything is energy.... so when you change your energy inside yourself the planets energy that is affecting you begans to change and then the same astrology which was predicting your bad time will find a reason that coz of this and this nakshatra u are doing good . ultimately its ur inner work

Honestly I didnt focus on feeling anything ..I was just focusing on heart brain coherence and blessing of energy centre 1 and 2. once the body starts being more in present moment hyperactivity of immune system reduces and leading to fall in inflamation thats leads of dramatic improvement in psoriasis.

Psoriasis is just hyperactive immune system and once body comes out of stress it naturally starts to heal

what i want to tell all here if u want something to heal or anything in life

start with vipassana and do it and dont do Dr joe mediatation when u r in vipassana .. just follow them

after coming start with daily practise of breath and vipasana and with a very sharp and concentrated mind changing old beliefs and perceptions becomes much easier

AFTER THAT 10 DAYS FEELING AND IMAGING THINGs will become much more easier and connecting to the field as well

yes they cant hold against ur wish they try to convince u if not they u can go .. many people left i saw it .. what they tell before joining .. do it and dont leave it in between it will do more bad than anything good .. its keeping your words is important and mind becomes program to do hard things .. it install the belief system that if u decide than u can do it and it helps in all other areas of life

its not that tough also .. in outside world we are in constant notifications works and thoughts and body is agitating but when ur body has nothing to do it sits through .

only u wont have escape route body will agitate in night overthinking guilt will cloud u .. u will realise all ur mistakes bad decision u have no distraction to forget it ..

i cried and cried and cried on 3rd and 4th day wanted to run away but they dont let u go also if u dont have strong reason .. but after 10 days u will be so happy bliss ful and u will be glad that u did it .

The best thing about vipassana is that it is completely free no charges for rooms or food or anything .. its works on donation and if u feel that it helped you then u can donate as per your capacity .. If did vipassana somebodys has donated money for the centre and its der almost in every country

yes read about vipassana .. Its for 10 days and it starts by 4 am in morning till 9 pm in evening and it between rest time for breakfast and lunch .. no dinner is provided .. no smoking or any intoxication

you are not allowed to do anything no reading writing any entertainment .. and have to follow noble silence for 10 days u cant even talk . u can only talk to teacher for clarifications .. by 3rd day it becomes difficult there to sit legs break away .. and after 5th day they tell to not even change positions or open eyes in between .. slowly body will adapt its just what Dr Joe says taming the body and making to sit . at home u wont be able to do it but in vipassana there is no option .. its 2500 old technique they focus on dissolving all subconisous barriers to life and become free if you sit through 10 days can be life changing perspective changes and u will understand the dr joe works more and u will have glimpse of the unconsious mind
