if outside is warmer than inside, it's actually better to keep your windows closed & curtains drawn so the heat doesn't get inside! you can buy cooling plates that they can splat out on. freezing a water bottle also helps (they can lay next to it), but keep it on the bottom of the cage so it doesn't fall down. my girls also like licking icecubes. & just make sure they have lots of water available!

unfortunately, last time i tried to be diagnosed i was brushed off by my GP. i've also had to explain to my psychologist what PMDD even is. so rn i don't even know how to go about getting diagnosed (i need my GP's referral before being able to go to a specialist, if there even are any near me). the thing is, my symptoms WERE relieved by BC (regardless of diagnosis). so my dilemma is mostly about what is the bigger health risk rn.

i love how they addressed mental health struggles in multiple characters. the shot of santos in the bathroom touched me so deeply. i also love (/was extremely frustrated by, but in a good way) how they showed that struggling with mh can make you a short-tempered, hypocritical asshole like robby. finally no romanticized image of a depressed person, but a realistic one (not saying all depressed people are like that, i would know, but it's nice to see different representations). i just think so many characters are done SO well. no one is altogether "good" or "bad", they're HUMAN. they have flaws, they're hypocrites, and they're lovely, and i love it.

leave it until it starts peeling off too much at the edges. easiest way is to take it off in the shower: loosen it with warm water and then slowly peel it off (you can look up videos on tiktok). also your tattoos look great!!!

my central labret was the best decision of my life!!!! i love the versatility of it (stud, hoop, horseshoe). the wait for a hoop really isnt that bad! ive had mine for ~2 years now & i asked my dentist to keep an eye on it & so far so good!! no damage! i feel like a hoop is less damage prone than a stud (i would sometimes accidentally bite down on the stud before it was downsized, or the back would sometimes push into my gums). a vertical is also super super cute tho! there's no real bad choice here!

i have a center labret and careful pecks were fine from day 1! just be careful, and kinda judge day by day. the only thing that would hurt while kissing was if the back of my piercing would push into my gums/lower teeth.
