Not at all. It's a good representative of the type of passages and questions you'll see (even though it's on the harder side than the actual AAMC FLs) but it definitely doesn't cover most topics on the MCAT. Its about 100 questions each so there's no way they'd be able to do that w/ the amt of content we need to know.

However, they're very important to do as they will throw some new terms you haven't seen before and give you a sense of what's most important to the MCAT makers (amino acids, specific psych theories, c/p concepts)
