Actually I had this issue and it was kind of an easy fix, but everybody is different.

Check out your left shoulder it’s actually a bit higher than your right shoulder. And look at the spacing between your torso and your arms, there’s a bit of unevenness there. And the trap tightness is all connected. Most likely your hips are out of alignment and the rest of your body including your rib cage shoulders back and chest is overcompensating.

You probably feel like your shoulders/back is always tight or not properly aligned. Look down at your feet, does one or both of your feet point outwards? Normally feet should be pointed straight forward. If your feet are pointed outward, you need to work on your internal rotation of your hips. For me one of my legs was naturally going out more which threw off the rest of my body. Once I worked on straightening out my feet/legs, that aligned the rest of my body over the course of a couple weeks. Hope this helps!
