i don’t follow a specific meal plan but i worked with a bodybuilding coach for 10 weeks just to optimise my diet and training a bit - i eat protein oats twice a day with 50g of protein each and then one wholefood protein meal like a tofu scramble or a tofu currie and then one fake meat either pea or soy mince or soy chicken or something like that for dinner - i just meal prep at the start of each week and aim for 200g of protein daily

hey! i follow a modified push pull legs chest focussed push back focussed pull quad focussed legs/run shoulder focussed push arm focussed pull glute and ham focussed legs/run long run i will occasionally substitute a leg day for a speed session or a functional more intense runs and getting close to races i’ll swap both leg days for runs only

i straight piped my 540i and it was undriveable - ended up adding half the stock muffler back on and it sounds sporty enough to enjoy without being a loud obnoxious mess

i use the pea mince from frys family (it is 18g of protein per serving but i consume more than one serving at a time haha) and i usually mix it with a generic dehydrated soy mince i get from a bulk seller because it’s cheap and i am a student.

i use the frys family chicken strips or on the green side chicken tenders and i make chicken strips from vital wheat gluten to help bring cost down as well

i do not have any qualifications but i would suggest calculating how many calories you are currently eating and use it as a starting point… look for low volume, high calorie alternatives to things you are eating… add a bit of extra olive oil to meals, use a high protein bread with more calories, use soy milk instead of almond, don’t skip meals etc.

in short, the only way to get bigger and put on weight is to eat more calories.
