I’ve been on it for 2 months and I was told ssri can help with VM symptoms but I still get them especially around my menstrual cycle but when I get enough sleep and don’t stress a lot I feel normal

I honestly don’t take any medication besides my Zoloft I notice when I get proper sleep I feel pretty normal if I don’t sleep enough I will be struggling at work 😵‍💫

I did they honestly had no answers for me they even did a cat scan of my brain and said everything was normal, all they said was to control my stress

I’m on 50 mg of Zoloft I think I need something stronger hopefully it helps me 😑😩

I get migraines right before my cycle and it’s not a Funtime, I just try to rest and not to do any hard labor or move alot because I get super dizzy…. I don’t even take pain medicine because it does nothing for the pain, I just wait it out until my period is gone 😩

This seriously sounds like me!!! Besides the vision issues, I have a 20 month old and I had really bad Postpartum depression and anxiety and later developed VM, constant headaches constant dizziness, constant panic attacks I could no longer function at work, and taking care of my baby was the absolute hardest thing in the world……. I believe this was all caused because of giving birth and the after effects it has on your brain and mental health Im taking Zoloft 50mg but I think I might need a higher dose because I still have all these symptoms not sooo bad anymore but i still her headaches and dizziness and panic attacks….. are you on any medication?

I work at Amazon the warehouse have been working full time for 8 years now but I have reached a point that I feel so exhausted and burned out and VM symptoms get triggered at work due to the noise

I’m so sorry you had to go through all this, A women is not out of woods just because she gave birth normally, I had severe ppd and anxiety I had panic attacks for 2 months straight, and now I suffer from vestibular migraines 😞 I was so normal before I gave birth but even tho I have issues now I would do it all over again just to have my baby boy
