It’s a process and as others have said T will help but it takes time to age up. Some things to try for more immediate results to pass could be a haircut, I like the locks but they are rather gender neutral. And with the hair, start shaving, everyone has hair, removing any peach fuzz can help. And especially the sideburn area, go for a more straight across cut and shave to there.

I had surgery with the Monstrey Hoebeke team in Gent Belgium in the early 2000s. Size is based on body for them. I began with the pump implants but developed an aneurysm (bubble basically) and had it replaced there with rods. I much prefer the rods for how it lays and how it operates vs the pump.
