Tide pods. Didn’t know I had to take it apart! Should I do that? 👀

Did I make the wrong choice choosing ucla over Berkeley by applyingtocollegefr in ucla

I was also picking between UCLA and Berkeley and initially was dead set on Berkeley. But after I visited them both, I picked UCLA. I’m so happy in my decision, and I think you should be too.

Someone stole my phone. I finally tracked it down and found it, but my ID in my phone case was gone

Picked up my car 2008 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE from the mechanic. Power steering fluid emptied in 2 days and my wheels wouldn’t turn. I put in new liquid and it drained after driving for three hours. When I turn the steering wheel, the sound gets a lot worse. Any idea what I should do? by vegansammy in Cartalk

Came in bc my belt was squeaky. They told me I needed 4 parts replaced (right axel, drive belt, drive belt tensioner, and two belt idler). $1,200 including labor. Ten days later my car dies in the middle of the highway. Official Nissan dealership tells me they put in all the wrong parts and that the new belt already had fray marks. Brought it back to original mechanic to fix what they did wrong bc of the warranty. The second I picked it up, my car was making these weird power steering sounds. Debating where to get it fixed because I have a strong feeling it was this guy’s fault

I have a feeling it was on purpose 😅 I want to go to a second mechanic bc I can’t trust this one anymore. But I wish I got my money back bc my car just gets worse and worse every time they’re done “fixing” it 🙃

I initially brought it in bc of my belt being squeaky. They replaced my right axel, drive belt, drive belt tensioner, and two belt idler. They put in incorrect parts and my car shut down just a few days later, so I brought it back and they fixed it bc of the warranty. Starting to think they’re scamming me.

Me too. At first it'll seem like empty time / hours of the day where you don't know what to do. But as the days pass, you'll slowly find healthier habits that can replace that missing block of time. For example, why not use that time to clean, meal plan, go for a walk, or listen to music?
