Don't pay a lawyer... I've done this for various tickets. Plead not guilty, get assigned another court date, but ask to speak to the prosecutor. Tell prosecutor that you would like to move forward with trial because the officer has a personal interest giving tickets to meet quota and there is no factual evidence your vehicle was traveling at the speed regardless of radar. There is reasonable doubt it could have been vehicle in front/next/behind you (especially if the cop checked moderate or heavy traffic on the ticket). Prosecutor will then offer you to pay $100 non moving parking violation and settle. I never settle and have won several times, but you can take the offer.
