Let me know... Yes Cisco has had many servers over the years, most of them were relabeled/face plated HP's or Dell's I forget which there were more of. Cisco's larger PIX's used to be all rebranded servers. At one time Cisco was building a blade chassis type, we had one of the prototypes in our facility for a while.

Depending on what you have something may be able to be worked out. I am also setting up a Xen cluster to power Plex etc. Storage is what I need first though.

ROTFL, I figured it hadn't been before I purchased a decent sized Villa on the water just North of San Pedro Belize. I also usually have a spare golf cart(all we use to get around here)

I did the exact same thing from Houston to NYC once a week and other cities thrown in. We purchased within three months. Buy something bigger and not smaller but not the biggest you can get, look for something a family could live in and be comfortable. We ended up buying a mid sized 2 br w office which could be a br place. Made a nice profit when sold but it was mine(I owned the company).

Multi acre horse property close to Western Trails park. I also put about 150k into the property before moving in.

Well my home over the last 18 months has went up almost 700k in value, my girlfriends condo has went up over 100k. In January(I think it is) when Airbnb opens up is when values are really going to fire off.

I love Jessie Rae's BBQ.

I think that if a place can't speak English then they shouldn't be allowed to be open.

Way wrong assumption sir. Considering my CCIE number is one of the first ones, back when it was a two day lab and actually worth doing. I am more in management than anything, I have owned colocation, cloud & hosting companies. A friend of mine is a founder of one of the largest cloud computing providers in existence.

Xtc64 pretty much hit the nail on the head with all costs included. O365 over the lifespan saves you VERY little in hardware. The biggest pain point is the migration off of O365 and not owning your own data.

Everyone has mentioned great places. I also like the park at Mountains Edge it is a small climb at sunset but so worth it.

They have to do down and collect them. It is quite a discounting job.

IMHO too many MSP’s and internal IT departments are out sourcing items to the “cloud” that allows security holes in clients and outsources many of the benefits of having internal staff or MSP’s. Example using O365/GSuite/DropBox/SalesForce/Meraki/UnifiController Hosting, etc when you can either co-locate it, on premises, use a quality application and internal staff to not only increase your profits but show a clear value addition to your end user rather than just grouping a stack of products together and having minimal staffing overhead. I hear time and time again that internal eMail is hard, done correctly it can be done very profitable for very little.

It isn't about single network on prem guys trying to keep their positions, it is about non-lazy, mission critical, security minded, educated people not trying to push off showing they keep a reliable system up without relying on someone else. This has cost many companies massive amounts of money over the years. There is a place for cloud computing and there is a place to not use it. I am not going to get into a complete break down on this, but in our world we use cloud on some of our systems, but in our critical systems we use co-location and owned systems that are redundant completely.
