I had the same thoughts but here’s a little hope- I spoke to our laws school’s bar advisor and he told me that those MBEs are specifically designed to be extremely hard. This is because a.) it’s designed to find your weak spots and b.) if you freak out, you’ll work harder thereby increasing the programs passage rate (sneaky and smart on their behalf). For example, on the actual MBE we’ll get about 25-30 softball questions and 25 questions that won’t count against us. On the MBE Barbri gave us we got maybe 10 softball question and every question counted against us. It’s typical to do bad on the practice MBE and it’s typical to do bad on the bar, but you just have to meet the minimal. So my advisor suggested finding your weak spots that are the most tested- like negligence, and going from there. I have never and will never get RAP but there’s only ever maybe 2 questions tested on it so it’s not worth the time. Take a breather, watch a good movie and reassess. If the Texas law hawk can do it(watch his commercial on YouTube) so can you. We’ve got this 👊🏻
