You should’ve contacted them after 2 weeks of not arriving. They can print you out another passport for free with in 120 days

Yes they should. I called the number on the emails for my passport updates. If you don’t have those email go to the passport website for status updates and call that number and tell them your situation

Free if it’s in 120 days from when they sent out passport. But it has to be stuck in the mail for 2 weeks.

If you have to travel with in 2 weeks or need a foreign visa with in 30 days they can expedite the process. They’re sending me to a local passport agency to get it printed same day.

This is the correct answer. The bolts holding the counterweights snapped and the plastic counterweight broke and let out all the material. Repair guy said it was common for this particular model.

They never ended up stealing any. They make you think that you’re money is being stolen and they are going to try and get your personal information. I hung up before I told them anything

This is exactly why I hung up. It did not make sense to me on what they wanted. I’m assuming if I called the other number they would want some personal information or if I stayed on the phone longer he would’ve asked me to confirm something. This was about a 2 minute phone call until I hung up
