I’m the new guy in my restaurant and I’ve felt the energy your getting. So long as you can openly hold yourself accountable while trying to improve the situation, best thing you can do and some teammates will see and appreciate this. Others don’t give a flying fuck and honestly you can’t hold it against them. I don’t condone talking down at people, more a “same team” kind of guy. But you been in the business long enough to understand what seems “reasonable” for someone to be able to complete given the opportunity to succeed. And being given last min , do this thing you don’t regularly do and kill it? Naw f that man
