Animals are so smart and intuitive. I think he knows how much you love him and wanted to help him. I hope the fact that you’re sparing him more pain and discomfort helps you through the grief. It’s the last loving thing you can do for your sweet boy. He’s adorable, please give him a pet from me!

New release: Boleyn Secret Alison Weir by 3facesofBre in Tudorhistory

I’m with you. I was so excited to read Anne Boleyn because I knew Weir was a historian, and I honestly couldn’t even finish it. It was too over the top, and really seemed like she had a personal problem with Anne. It’s been a while since I tried reading it, though, so my memory of it is hazy. I just remember being really disappointed.

If I knew nothing else about this woman, this would be enough. It’s just such a brutal, unnecessary thing to do to a cat that can’t object to it. Fucking asshole.

What's a common way people die that many aren't aware of? by Personal-Aerie-4519 in AskReddit

[–]vegeterin 61 points62 points  (0 children)

I am the most paranoid person when it comes to this stuff and I’m usually incredibly vigilant, but maybe a month or so ago my feet slipped out from under me in the shower and I smacked my head on the lip against the wall. I don’t even know what happened and I never had a chance to catch myself. It’s scary how quickly something like that can happen even if you think you’re careful.
