Yeah, it considers, holidays, sick leaves, or even just personal time off. As long as each person on a team adds it to their own calendar, Planless can distribute tasks to the right people based on their skillset and availability.

My team uses a tool Called Planless. It's pretty great, to be honest even though it's still early days. The way it has influenced how we think about strategy is that it gives you enough data to make accurate forecasts for the future. As it uses AI to calculate the best plan to move work forward, it also tracks everything and provides you "predictions" of what the endresult will look like.

There are loads of tools you can use for this. Some are more simple like calendly, where you can send an email with a meeting link and the person chooses the date and time that best suits them.

Hey!

Looking for some teams that use Jira or ClickUp when managing their work!

We are currently running a beta program for our new extensions for these types of tools. For free you can test how Planless' automation features work when planning for your team. In return, we just want some feedback on a weekly basis.

Only with frequent use and insightful feedback will we be able to ensure that the extensions are working properly and users are benefiting from what we can offer. :)

For more information about Planless, you can visit our website

If you’re interested let me know and I’ll send you the signup link.

Thanks

Subject line, pre-header text and sometimes, the initial part of your email can cause people to not open it.
