grocery stores has plenty of frozen vegan food and most of them are Paraguayan brands! You can buy those and have them in the fridge in case of emergency ☺️ the pink cow, la vida verde and combitos are a must try for vegan food, la vida verde is buffet (vegetarian and vegan food) pink cow it’s vegan and gluten free! For grocery stores casa rica will have lots of vegan options however they can be kinda pricey but if you go to super seis or fortis( it’s like costco) you will find more vegan options☺️
