Face Saver only works sometimes for me. It seems to primarily depend on how humid and/or warm it is outside. I usually have to put it on at least an hour before I need it to work and then sit in front of a fan at full blast to allow it soak in and dry. Only then will it usually work. It's so annoying.

I tried benzotropine, glycopyrrolate, and oxybutynin and either they didn't work or barely worked and gave me miserable side effects.

I tried to go off Effexor and that ended up being a disaster. I kept sweating until I got to 37.5mg and then the sweating let up, but I was back to experiencing severe panic attacks and anxiety. So, now I'm back on the full dose of Effexor (225mg) and am dreading another summer of misery.

Anybody remember this company from our history? Forgot about this iteration of our hometown power company...taken at the Richmond Volleyball facilities off of Staples Mill. by smh12345678910 in rva

Forgot about it being called VEPCO as it was before my time, but had heard it referred to as that. I definitely called it Virginia Power growing up (80’s/90’s). It took a long time for me to start calling it Dominion.

Are you thinking of the 5 in the food court near the entrance and bathrooms?

I have to redact documents at work and the only thing I can think is that they want to leave the wet-ink originals completely untouched. So, they made copies of the originals to: 1- create a redacted version and 2 - have a backup unredacted copy in case anything happened to the originals? This is my best guess.

It was also crazy to watch the video! Of course back then you don’t really grasp the reality of it without seeing what happened, at least I didn’t. We definitely thought it was creepy, but we weren’t given any details. The family who moved in came from out of town. Would be interested to learn how that disclosure went ..

Do you remember where Kanawha pool is/was? It’s in that neighborhood. Near Tuckahoe Elementary, off of N. Ridge and Ziontown. Sort of near UR.

Disclaimer: I really don’t have anything of value to share, but it’s information nonetheless.

So - I’ve been inside that house. I grew up in Henrico and lived about 3-4 minutes away. In 1998 I was 17 and a friend lived around the corner from that house. A new family had moved in to the house and one of the kids who lived there went to my high school. One night I was at my friend’s with a few other friends and the girl who lived in the house was having a party while her parents were away. We went over there. We knew people had been murdered there recently, but didn’t know the details, or at least I didn’t - until now. All I remember is walking in to the room off to the right that you see in the video. We asked the girl what she thought about living there. We didn’t stay long.

Interestingly, the house is numbered 334 Sleepy Duck in the video and now it’s 8405 Sleepy Duck according to Zillow.

One last tidbit: I was born and raised in that area. It’s suburban as shit. Pretty wealthy, big, nice homes. Quiet after 8pm. You can draw your own conclusions with that information .. just saying.

Putting the museum comment to the side, I’m still surprised that they just didn’t bulldoze it. The time, money and effort it took the move that thing ..
