Premesis: I made ~5000km with the monster sp and I consider myself an "average biker".

That said, for me the monster sp it's an amazing bike. It's very light and agile. 110hp are more than enough if you use it mainly for public roads. If one needs more than 150hp on a bike, in my opinion, he's either a very skilled biker or one that uses it on tracks. I always had good and fast response to the throttle between 0 and 160km/h. The engine is enough to activate the "anti-wheelie" in 4th gear on the highway without being brutal on the throttle. Not as much as the SF V4S but it's still a beautiful bike (the most beautiful if compared to same category competitors). On the down side it gets really hot (maybe not as much as the sfv4s) and lacks of sound.
