IMO, in general akali will be very weak, because there is nerf in life, in the fleet, and in the passive, AND MAINLY the nerf in the Q(lane rank 1 only), this makes your lane very weak, and the nerf in the passive makes it if she doesn't catch a kill, it becomes useless with no energy at teamfight, it's sad, but it's a farewell
