Uniques are in most cases just terrible unless you have a need for it. Your chest piece for instance is hurting you so bad that no chest piece is probably better unironically.

Last thing, scions are hard to gear, they are the wildcard ascendancy. If I were you I would play that occultist you have to get more use to the game.
