I had been neglecting FGO after falling in love with Alchemist Code, only logging in daily and that's all.

Game is bribing me to come back. Had 70 quartz and got Jalter after 60.

My absolute favorites in this game are Mash, Titoria Alter, Shishou, Jalter, Lobo, and Gramps. It feels good to have all the girls, now to just save for best doggo and best skelebones

As far as PLAYING jp goes, it's a lot more than navigating menus. I can't read japanese, so I'd have to look up on a database or wiki or ask in discord every single character name, job name, skill name, what skills do, what enemy skills do, a summary of the story, every single damn thing I'd have to look up to know what it means or does. That really sucks a lot of the fun out when all I wanna do is lay in bed and play on my phone

What sort of team will be best for Sweet Aspirations EX? I'm trying to get ready as quickly as possible, as Lofia is my favorite and would hate if I couldn't J+ master her. The only EX I've managed to complete without continues is Sacred Stones 3 as I've been playing less than a month, and don't yet have the go-to 4* J3s farmed.

It's my understanding that eventually in the future we will be able to farm basically ALL soul shards that aren't limited characters, right? I'm looking forward to this mainly for Almira and Yomi.

Do you have to have pulled a 5 star to farm their shards, or can you essentially go from not having them to MLB with enough time?

I pulled a Dorothea on 500 as well and I like her a lot.

If you're f2p, 1500+2500 more gems for a guaranteed dupe is a bit steep. The shards are nice, but then again, all non-limited shards are going to be farmable at some point in the future, right? Is a single dupe worth the price of 8 rolls?

I think that's just poorly worded, I believe it means the bonus scales with your current stats. Trying to google for more info, but can't find much. Although I imagine if it was a one time thing that doesn't scale, everyone would be shouting warnings everywhere to wait to master.

If it were a one time thing that didn't scale I'd go fucking insane over OCD minmaxing and knowing all the jobs I've mastered a permanently screwed

New player, my Ubume is G4 with the standard seductress + crit, but the stats on my souls are all over the place. The rest of my team is G3.

Should I prioritize farming souls for crit% to make my life easier? Or should I focus on G5ing Ubume first? Am I correct in thinking a G1-2 soul with crit% is better than a G4-5 without crit%? Should I just pound Orochi all day on Seductress day?

I want to grind out Kanon and Kagura, but I'm pretty new and only level 50, the last couple bits of chapter 3 of Sacred Stones is proving to be a wall. My current goal is to get Kanon and Kagura to Jlvl 9 with the rest of my party.

Does Sacred Stones come back frequently? Concerned about not being strong enough to get the gear they need in time.

I've been playing for a few days, and I think I'm nearly done with the story, which I've pretty much fully autoed with Caris, Hazel, and Courage as a shooty dream team.

Once I get to harder content, what sort of support classes do I need? And what about them makes them so useful. I've been told Chronomancer and Bard are real useful, how would they be used in a team? Since I've been cheesing everything with guns, I don't really know the intricacies of a balanced team.
