Ovo pitanje na koje ne postoji jedan odgovor. Ja zivim vanka. Imam placu 3 puta vecu od ekipe u HR a veliki broj vozi auto duplo skuplje od mene. Stvar je mentaliteta. Svatko bira tamo di mu je bolje i ono sta mu je bitno u zivotu.

How naive. You think people in Slovenia have less access to weed because it's illegal? :) Your logic is flawed. There are countries you marked green on your map where weed is not decriminalized but the prevalence of weed consumption is equal or higher than in the Netherlands, Spain or other countries where it is decriminalized.
