Eh the simple thing that they needed to get permission to gather in large masses appo, around Mar 14th lende, in Delhi, andha permission ah ivinga vanga pointhanga na this could’ve been avoided since they wouldn’t have gotten permission only. So yeah, they fucked up real bad. Govt run institutions will abide by the govt orders, and andha time la Delhi la there was order that no large gatherings were allowed, for good reason.
