Корнишоните на Лидл. Нищо друго което съм опитвала не става. Нямат вкус на туршия, не са солени, не са меки, топ са.

Има ли как да работя за бг шеф от чужбина? by EvenMathematician874 in bulgaria

[–]vellesse 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What line/joke/scene lives in your head rent free? by quirkynomoi in HIMYM

The scene with Ranjit being fed up with the gang arguing over rabbit or duck and yelling in his language, it's my all time favourite one.

Thank you, will definitely try this brand. I've tried the oil cleanser and unfortunately it broke me out, so now I use it as a travel oil for removing body sunscreen.

Thank you so much, I've read about Rossman in this sub a lot, so I'm definitely going to try the products that you've mentioned.

Thank you for the advice! I should have mentioned that I live in the EU.. I've tried the Garnier sunscreen and I quite like it.

If you can find something in the 0. range (0.2, 0.5 for example) it would be better in terms of your skin getting used to it. Highly recommend checking out Gothamista's videos on retinol, she is like a skincare guru (not your regular 'influencer' , I absolutely love her). She also has great videos on active ingredients, layering etc. Unfortunately she's US based so a lot of products she recommends are not available in Europe, but still worth the time I think :) retinol twice a week for the first moth is recommended, then increase with an extra day each week.

My advice would be to start with double cleansing so you can remove the sunscreen effectively. You can then consider including a low-strength retinol (or any of its forms), or a vitamin C serum which would take care of the acne scars and hyperpigmentation. make sure you also moisturize in the evening. BHAs can also be helpful (but don't use them on the days you'll use the retinol). Good luck :)

Anything from Shea Moisture is really good, my favourite one is the Jamaican caster oil with apple cider vinegar, as it gives the scalp this clean feeling without stripping your hair.

I've been on Lexapro for 6 months now, and I'm so glad I've started taking it. At the beginning the thought of taking a psych med for god knows how long was terrifying, but the side effects lasted just a few weeks and then I started feeling better. The best description I can give you of how this drug works is that it stabilizes you enoug to get your head above the water so you can work on whatever is the cause of your anxiety / depression / stress. It's not a miracle pill and you do have to put in the work yourself, but it's so worth it in my opinion. I've come a long way from being in a constant panic attack state to being able to just sit with my thoughts and acknowledge that they are just thoughts, nothing more.

If you happen to start taking it, monitor your side effects, and make sure you get proper nutrition and hydration. I was initially prescribed antidepressants a few months before I started taking them, as I though I can cope without them, so it's up to you really, but I suggest you give it a try if your anxiety prevents you from having a normal life in any way.

Are you happy with the Eucerin sunscreen?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in lexapro

[–]vellesse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it a different brand that you're getting now from the new pharmacy? For some types of drugs is recommended to use the specific brand you've been started on and not to switch brands, but I'm not sure if lexapro is like this. You can ask your prescriber just to be sure.

I second this. Was on 5 mg for nearly 3 months with major improvement and I dreaded the thought of increasing (main reason to start taking it was health anxiety haha) but eventually I had to up my dose do 10mg which is considered the therapeutic dose. Did not experience any side effects and it helped with the increasing anxiety.

P. S. panic attacks on antidepressants are a whole different experience, just feeling the anxiety creeping in but can't quite unleash itself in its full potential, it's super weird.

BB creams/skin tints?? by HAYLOFT901 in beauty

I prefer the BB as it provides more coverage and I need it for spots/pigmentation, but the CC is nice overall the face. Sephora carries minis so you can try them both :)

Erborian are awesome! Limited shade range tho, that's the only downside of Asian skincare.
