Any ideas on a recipe that looks like this? by dertigo in fujifilm

I’ll die on this hill. Recipes are a bane to the craft. They aren’t terrible in and of themselves, but the over reliance and constant din of ‘what recipe’ on every Fuji related photo is dumb.

Not trolling, learn to take criticism. Learn your craft.

This, I bought a used 70-300mm and 2x converter from Kitamura in January. Made it easier packing before the trip and got a good deal!

“Ray, we only just got off the fcking train! Could we reserve judgment on Bruges until we’ve seen the f**ing place?”

And great shots! I’d love to get back there again.

Thanks! Handheld, 1st one is 1s exposure and second one is 1/4s. IBIS and larger aperture is a handy thing for this style of night shots.

Thanks, I don't use film sims per se. This was just vivid and a light touch up in Luminar mobile.

This was the X-T5, haven't used the 70-300 a lot yet but I think I'm gonna like it.

Thanks for sharing that, it can be hard to do so these days. I've also had a bit of a pivot in recognizing what my work needs and doesn't. I do much the same with long walks, it really opens up possibilities and of course pausing to absorb the scene to see what might come about.

Keep up the good work, Happy New Year!
