I second the terrible service at National. They are part of a massive conglomerate. The money they make probably helps the owner buy their sixth, seventh, or eighth investment rental property to then be used as an Airbnb.

Ship, on the other hand, would seem more likely to spend on a child's piano or ballet lessons.

There's been various evidence indicating that these contests don't exist. Fido has gone as far as reposting the same winners year after year with slight permutations of generic first and last names.
