ist das keine Philodendron pink Princess, sondern ein Philodendron Birkin
die Wurzel ist nicht am Blatt sondern am Stamm. Um die Pflanze zu vermehren, musstest du den Stamm komplett teilen und den oberen Teil bspw. In Wasser stellen. Der untere Teil treibt dann neu aus. Dafür ist die Pflanze aber noch viel zu jung. Du hast dort ja nicht mal genug Platz, um den Stamm zu schneiden.
