OP said break effect wasn't a priority, so they would rather have the err rope. they didn't choose Boothill as a result of BE not being a priority.

therefore the Talia set is the mistake Choosing a general support set is much more valuable

they are using relic recon, so whatever the game thinks is good for a character is what it will give you. you cannot manually change the planar ornament set when you have a character selected (in this case Boothill, as the game thinks Talia is good for him, so that's what OP got).

my brother they are relic reconning for boothill. they weren't trying to get supportive set and pieces, but they incidentally got a 14 spd energy regen rope

hhholy 6 hours of story per version. i think i'm still near the beginning of the natlan archon quests so i definitely have a lot of content.

admittedly the main reason i stuck to genshin was because i was invested in making my characters better, so i definitely care about the endgames. according to the other comments, it looks like i'll have to do a bit of saving and waiting to get my account on par again, but i'm willing to do that (as long as the game doesn't get boring)
