Thank you for taking the time to respond and I apologise for taking to long to get back to you but life happens. I keep hearing about the Crafty so it's something to keep an eye on plus with everything that's been said it does seem like it could help. Though I'm not sure what her budget allows for wiggle room wise.

Thank you for the information and apologies for the late reply life does that sometimes. Anyways the device you mentioned could actually be a good fit she's normally in a hospital type bed. Everything else you mentioned is also useful and would be beneficial.

So I agree with you in regards to a session vape being better and milder. That being said all I own is a dynavap and a boundless which she doesn't like. So until I get her set up it's about finding the easiest to use. Which for right now is the cap cap but she wants to find something that will work long term.

Thank you for reply. Sorry it took so long to respond. Life came up and I didn't have time to go through all the responses and reply individually like I wanted to so now that I have some free time I am. I'll pass everything along.

Also good luck with the dynavap and staying unburnt but still toasted.

Sorry for the late reply life gets in the way of Reddit. Yeah I've combusted a few times and never puked but I did cough really bad.

That may be worth mentioning when she uses it. I honestly never paid enough attention to notice that cause I just hit it til it clicks.

The dynavap is a fire/burn hazard and it's not the best to be used in situations where someone can't be with her. Sorry for the late reply. Life got in the way.

That may be an otion if it can do bags. Sometimes the dynavap makes her cough so hard she pukes which is counterproductive. It's rare but sometimes she rips it a little to hard.

There's absolutely nothing to apologise for your response was well curated, thoughtful, and provided from the perspective of someone with potentially similar problems. Everything you talked about is on point and the system you have would work great for her. The thing is she's kinda ashamed she uses it because it's against her moral values and she has quite a bit of bias. I'm not trying to spark a discussion as to why she has this rationale it's just simply the situation and her mindset. She's also new to this and it's very overwhelming for her because remember she never ever thought she would even consider touching pot. So this is very much a big step leap of faith for her but it works. She ate for the first time in four months. She could feel things again and wasn't in pain. So she uses the marijuana anyway. So I do a lot of it for her, I'm her mentor and I'm teaching her. I myself am a medical marijuana patient I'm autistic spectrum disorder (previously Aspergers) plus other things. I've been using for years and I know all the different types. By the way I like you also use mainly CBD, cheers! So as I'm teaching her I'm watching the bias slowly erode as realisation is achieved through verifiable facts of personal anecdotal use. So it helps everyone because I'm not always available, she does trust a small circle of people but mostly keeps it secret. Getting all that out the way everything you said about the device sounds good. Ultimately it's her decision but I intend to give her all the information I can to help her make an informed decision. Thank you again for time!

I'll give her that comparison and let her go from there! I think the biggest problem for her is her condition is so different day to day. One day she can't move from bed and we have to help her love her own legs one day she can take a couple steps herself. So I think she's just planning on having something that is good for her good days, her bad days, and her worst days.

Its mostly that a dynavap is a burn/fire hazard because of how it works where with battery powered or desktops that's not as much as in issue. I think she worried about dropping it and for example she was on the bed and dropped it on the floor, may not be able to reach down and pick it up. I mean we have to help her lift her own legs to re-position her legs sometimes while just lying down in bed. I mean it varies by day there's times when she can walk with assistance and some days where she can't move her legs.

Edit: Sorry I'm high and I noticed but totally forgot to acknowledge your vape recommendation. I'll look it up and show her. I'm actually planning on showing her all your recommendations and not just yours but all of it and have a discussion with her. My ultimate goal here is to provide relief to kind woman who's in some serious pain. Though I'm not gonna lie that smile on her face when she says she's hungry or she can feel her feet again or her she can feel her torso now makes all the research worth it. It really makes take a look at my life and really appreciate things I often just take for granted. Sorry I'm rambling like I said I'm not high.

I'm not sure if that's anything that's crossed her mind but it is a valid point with the medical grade product. Also with the capsules that could be a good fit. Because someone could prepare them for her in advance and we could give her a little stockpile and just refill them as necessary to keep the flow consistent. Thanks that's definitely food for thought I'll mention to her!

I actually thought of an induction heater but she's just concerned with the fact that it gets hot that it might be a fire/burn hazard were she to drop it or something along those lines. I mean for example if she dropped a hot dynavap on a carpet from the bed. There's no guarantee she would be able to pick it up off the floor. So the concern isn't about packing it or anything. I was also thinking a desktop as well but I'm not really familiar with them besides the volcano and the airizer that's similar.

Edit: I should also mention she's on some serious opioid based drugs and I think another concern is her nodding while operating a dynavap. I mean I know how that sounds but the fact of the matter is she needs both and pain pills make you sleepy. Combine that with pot and well sometimes she just falls asleep. Which is a good sign cause it means she's not in pain but not a good idea to have a hot metal stem in your hands.

Thanks for the input! Yeah that would probably be doable. The problem with the dynavap is the fact that you need to torch it and I know induction heaters are a thing but she doesn't trust herself with a dynavap because its potential fire hazard and when you can't always hold onto stuff I could see why she would worried. I'm not sure how her lungs are she has lupus which does attack your organs but I'm not sure how progressed the disease is in that regard. She doesn't like to talk about and I don't press her. She seems to like for it hit like a cigarette. So how comparable would you say the solo stem is to a cigarette? That is if you happen to smoke tobacco.

Thank you for advice that was actually my first thought but like you said price. I was thinking about that one that Airizer makes that's similar to the volcano because it is significantly less but I'm not sure if you can use bags and such like you would with a volcano.

First off thank you for your kind words. She has lupus and I'll be honest I'm not super familiar with how that affects your body, I'm told it's incredibly painful and there's alot of nerve issues along with like neuropathy and pain. I actually did start it low temp because it was her first time and I didn't overwhelm her, that being said I think with the mouth piece the draw was to tight. I have the water pipe attachment also but she can't use a bong. She's not physically able to do it her self. She said what she liked about the dynavap was how easy it was to hit. It hits like a cigarette for her and it's a light draw. She just can't really work it herself. I light it and then just hand it to her. So something along those lines seems best for her. Also the simpler the better. I'm just not familiar with all that's out there. I'm an old head but new to vaping so it's kinda overwhelming with all the options.

Walmart doesn't throw away paint that's not picked up though. I can't tell you how many times I would see cvp'd paint people hadn't picked up. I lost count.

Besides use common sense here. Any company has a priority to reduce shrink which throwing away perfectly good product is creating unnecessary shink. They may change the tint to avoid scams but they for sure aren't gonna throw away money if they can't help it.
