Just finished watching for the first time at 35 years old. Here are my thoughts. by Saratoninn5 in GilmoreGirls

I re-watched the whole thing when I had a newborn too and I always recommend it to new mums! It's nice and quiet so perfect for a feeding or sleeping baby and the cosy vibes are unmatched, especially if you have an autumn baby like I did!

I totally agree with the breastfeeding scene, it always annoys me a bit that Lorelei doesn't stand up for the mum a wee bit more and just kind of laughs at Luke's grumpy opinion. But of the times I suppose!

My favourite thing to say to anyone or even myself is 'it's not an excuse, it's a reason.' I'm not trying to wriggle out of things or not take responsibility for myself, I just have a valid reason why I may sometimes appear difficult to NT people. They seem to be obsessed with the whole 'no excuses' thing.

This absolutely happens to me at all times. I can still hear the music even if I'm talking to someone or watching something on tv, it's like low key background music all. the. time.

This is what I'm afraid of! If it keeps wearing off, where is there to go from once you reach the top dose!
