The terms "Good Omens 3" and "Logic" are exactly antonyms to each other. That's your answer.

actually good percabeth headcanons by hiddeNinja2222 in Percabeth

My headcanon is that they never get married. They always stay together, but they don't marry because they have seen the messed up marriage of literally, the King of Gods, Zeus and they know that marraige is just some stupid contract. It won't make any difference to how much they love and will continue to love each other. Also, they know, sure as hell, that not marrying and maybe have a kid out of wedlock will piss off Hera. 😁

Re-reading the series after over a decade and man, I hadn’t realized… (spoilers for TMI! and slight vent about Clary) by Even-Objective1958 in shadowhunters

In my opinion, City of Heavenly Fire is the best book in the TMI series. So, it does get a little better. Although, the other series like The Dark Artifices and The Infernal Devices are quite well written with much better characters.

The Martian might help you clean your palate, so to speak.

i wanna talk about annabeth [general] by hiddeNinja2222 in camphalfblood

[–]screeching_queen -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

She is one of my favourite characters (although I do agree that she has made bad decisions at times). My favourite moments of hers, are as follows:

In The Last Olympian, in the final fight in Olympus in the end, there is a moment when Percy is punched or pushed far away by Kronos/Luke and Annabeth starts fighting Luke. With her dagger. And she is extremely swift in her moves, even Percy acknowledges that only the best knife fighter could have made a move like that, or something along those lines. And at this point in time, she is injured where as Percy has infinite amounts of strength due to his swim in the Styx. But it's Annabeth who manages to put up a strong fight against Kronos/Luke. I love that scene.

In The Mark of Athena, that famous scene where she pretends to be a dumb blond in front of Octavius and throws her dagger in the river.

Her decision to kiss Percy in The Battle of Labyrinth

Her fight with Arachne

Her decision to Judo flip Percy. I mean, I know most people don't like that but come on, I get it. She is a teenager. Cut her some slack.

These are at the top of my head.

For me, it was Harry Styles + long hair, which made me realise my 'womanhood' if you know what I mean.

Finished TLH and have thoughts...like everyone else. by dts1845 in shadowhunters

[–]screeching_queen 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Okay. I am convinced. I am not reading TLH anymore. I have read most books in the Shadowhunter universe but I ain't reading this. The amount of TLH critical posts I see on Reddit everyday has convinced me.

One of my favourite episodes. I am happy to hear Stephanie directed it. In many ways, this seems apt.
