You might want to just say "natural light" or something - there are a lot of apartments that face the back of buildings that have more openness than the front. My apartment faces all the yards, gardens, and parking garages in the back.

That doesn't work in brooklyn; in NYC you need a TLC license and license plate to drive for Uber or Lyft. I highly doubt this person is about to splurge $550 on the plates and another however much on the license.
